Delivery

Deliveries are currently made to Germany, Austria, and England (England only B2B). Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will be made to the delivery address you provide. If the item is out of stock, we will inform you immediately that the ordered product is unavailable. Unless otherwise agreed, deliveries will be made by the transport service provider DHL and Deutsche Post as standard delivery. The delivery time is 5-10 working days, unless a different delivery time is specified in the respective product description or during the ordering process. For prepayment, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring credit institution; for other payment methods, it begins on the day after the contract is concluded and ends on the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take its place.

Payment and Taxes All prices are stated in EURO. For deliveries within the EU, the statutory value-added tax is included. For deliveries to non-EU countries (e.g., Great Britain), prices are understood as net prices; any applicable import duties and customs duties are to be borne by the recipient.

You can choose to pay the purchase price by prepayment/bank transfer/Klarna, EPS, PayPal, credit card via PayPal, or direct debit via PayPal and Shopify Payments.

Shipping Costs We offer free delivery for Germany, Austria, and the United Kingdom. Business customers outside the EU are asked to provide their EORI and VAT identification numbers at checkout to ensure smooth customs clearance.
